Air Nailer Guns Review

An air nailer gun will meet all your expectations. Air nailer guns fire consistently to countersink pins without any problem. With the gun includes a pre attached 1/4" industrial air fitting, bottle of oil, molded case to hold the gun and two Allen wrenches.

Finish nailers shoot nails that are stronger and longer than brad nails. Framing nailer shoot nails that are of two-thirds and a half inches in length. This type of nail could be used in building a house, garage, finishing the basement, remodeling or in building a deck.

Nailer is also known as nail gun. This tool is used to attach nails to wood and other materials. Traditional hammers are replaced by nail guns. The nail gun saves the work by driving nails efficiently and quickly, so be very careful while using this tool.

There are number of applications for nail guns. The four major applications include nailing down roof shingles, nailing down modern wood flooring, roofing nailer and staple/brad nailer and for nailing delicate furniture.

The tool consists of a safety mechanism that is behind the trigger, which rotates up to allow firing or rotates down in order to keep trigger from pulling. Occasionally, it rotates downwards while using and has to be flicked backwards. The trigger unit is well constructed, as there is a trigger safety lock to it to proctect against accadents. The other mechanism is the operation of the slider pin magazine. If one wishes to operate, then just open it, set pins in magazine and later slide the cover of magazine over the pins and the magazine locks in place. The mechanism can be disabled permanently without any effort, if one doesn’t want it.

The key features that people should look for:

Easy jam clearing: the nail gun jams. Ensure that it gets easy access to nail feed, because when it jams, it doesn’t slow down.

The Swivel Tube: if one is running pneumatic nailer, you want a swivel tube connector that doesn't get tangled up and also makes reloading easier.

Adjustment for Nail Size: there are different types and sizes of nails, if one uses multiple nail sizes, then shop for nail gun that accepts all sizes of nails.

Nail Depth Adjustment: the ability to control the driving of the nail. This matters with the finish nailer.

The packaging and ad states that, “the regulator of the nail length sets automatically to desired length”, people mistake this as that counter sink depth can be controlled. But, it actually means that, on side of tool there is selector which is to be changed, depending upon the pin length that is used. There would be no problems, as the selector lists pin length in mm. There are available adjustments and PSI requirements for all size of pins.

Overall one can find that the value is exceptional in a air nailer gun especially when considering the price of the competing tools and the time you can save using one
